EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

Unearthing the reality of working lives

We have become specialists in employee research, helping HR departments at a variety of PLC and privately owned companies better understand not only what their employees think but also the why behind. For us nothing beats face to face communication and the insight acquired through conversation.
We strongly believe a qualitative approach wins out both in terms of depth of insight and identifying underlying causes. In our experience employees relish the opportunity to express themselves and quickly admit how difficult it can be to convey how they really feel via ticks and a couple of small boxes. A more open listening exercise enables employees to talk about the issues that matter to them rather than simply responding to a pre-ordained survey.
Helping our clients better understand their workforce has helped them to identify what communication, action or behaviour should be deployed to enhance employee engagement.
